Cody Coll

Co-Founder & CEO

A Co-founder of Rivr Group, Cody focuses on the firms overall activities and production, including investor relations, growth opportunities, daily operations among divisions, and company development. Cody has prior experience in growing and establishing business/investor relations along with establishing a systematic approach to growing and developing business production. 

 

Cody grew up in the suburbs of Chicago before heading south to Bowling Green, KY to play baseball and graduate from Western Kentucky University with a business marketing degree. Cody became interested in real estate as a way to build passive income just as many small-business owners he worked with did across south-central Kentucky. Once he began investing in real estate he uncovered his true passion of helping others get started in the industry along with helping them achieve their real estate goals. 

Quentin Cooke

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

A Co-founder of Rivr Group, Quentin focuses on the firms acquisitions/dispositions, including developing community relationships with buyers/sellers, underwriting acquisitions/exit strategies, team development amongst divisions, project management, and business operations. Quentin has prior experience in real estate acquisitions along with business lead generation to keep workflows highly efficient. 

 

Quentin grew up in Bowling green, KY before heading to Lexington, KY to graduate at the University of Kentucky with a degree in Healthcare Administration/ minor in business management.  Quentin spent years in the medical field working in the operating room before finding his love for real estate and real estate development. He loves the fact that there is no “one size fits all” in the industry and it takes problem solving to help all parties reach their goals. His passion lies in the relationships he builds and the opportunities he can create for others.

Harrison Scanlon

Acquisition Specialist

A leader of our acquisitions team, Harrison focuses on the firms lead generation and sourcing of properties. Some of his activities include, generating new opportunities through market research, creative strategies to help homeowners, vendor relationships in coordination with disposition team, CRM management & software growth, and property analysis.  Harrison has prior experience in creative strategy, business operations, and a wealth of knowledge in direct business to consumer sales.

 

Harrison grew up in Louisville, KY before relocating down I-65 to Bowling Green, KY to further his athletic career playing baseball at WKU. During his time at WKU, Harrison Studied Marketing with an emphasis in sales. Before joining Rivr Group, Harrison spent his time as a Financial Advisor analyzing markets and helping clients with creative strategies to create long term wealth avenues and tax strategies.  Harrison became interested in real estate as a way to help more people get out of life situations along with working towards his goal of providing a safe home for everyone.
